and International Events. It's the place where your dreams of studying abroad can become a reality. We offer many options for students who want to broaden their views of themselves and their world by traveling and studying abroad.
Students with a good record that have received the Westland's Study Abroad Scholarships are eligible for studies abroad with one of our University partners. Our International Office also offers consultancy to any student from all over Cambodia, provided they can afford the full tuition fee that studies in countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Korea and Japan require. You can however get twenty, fifty or even one hundred percent Scholarship from our University Partners to ease the burden of tuition fees.
Studying abroad is an unforgettable experience that will help students to broaden their horizons, gain valuable knowledge and friends from other countries as well as developing their social skills.
One of the many functions of our International Office is to organize Study Tours which consists of a short course at Universities or other Educational Institutions abroad. These courses last from one week to about a month and a certificate will be given to the participants from the host University.
Another option would be to sign up for Summer Courses that are conducted from June to August every year. During your stay you will take part in a variety of academic activities that will improve your English and social skills as well as learning the hosts culture and traditions. If you are considering to study abroad but are unsure if you want to commit, then Summer Courses are a great way to start experiencing life abroad as well as making new friends. Just as with Study Tours, the Summer Courses also reward a certificate after completion.
Or maybe camping is just the right thing for you? How about getting out of the comfort zone for one week? Learn how to be a team player and pick up invaluable life skills by working as a team with students from other ASEAN countries as well as China, Turkey and others. Again, this is an excellent opportunity to make great friends and you will also be rewarded with a certificate from the host University after completion.
If camping sounds too rough for you maybe you want to enroll for the Cultural Experiences program instead. Unlike the Study Tour and Camping you will experience living with a host family for one week during which you will learn traditions and customs very different from your own. It's an amazing experience to be invited into the homes of friendly families where you can get a unique insight into their traditions and life.
On top of all this we can also offer different Training Courses held by our University partners abroad. The subjects are varied and range from Leadership Course to Design. They usually last between two weeks and one month.
